Posting.
Free Registration is required to Post.
You will only be able to view topics until you register. Once you register, you will be able to post.

Valid E-mail Required.
When you register, you must provide a valid e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail at that e-mail address with a link for you to click on to verify your e-mail address. You will not be able to post or edit your profile until you verify your e-mail address.

Privacy.
Norfolkvag.co.uk doesn't sell or distribute your email address to any third parties.
We do however reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Don't make posts that are inflammatory just to annoy people.
Respect the privacy of others.

Any attempt to circumvent the swear filter shall result in an instant 24hr ban this includes (but is not limited to) cr3ative spell1ng in order to get around the censor filters.

General rules for adverts
When placing an advert please try to include the following. Your name, location, and contact details
(The amount of personal detail you include is up to you)
Only adverts for vehicles or vehicle parts allowed. Any other adverts will be removed without explanation
All adverts will run for 1 month after which they will be deleted. You may repost if required
Always delete the item once it's been sold
Pictures in adverts: Standard forum image size rules apply. But please only a maximum of 4 images per advert.
EBay links are allowed. .. But for vehicles and vehicle parts only.

This forum is not free advertising for traders. Any such messages will be removed at the discretion of either a forum moderator or administrator.
Selling of individual items is permissible by a private owner in our Classifieds forums, however selling multiple items of the same product is considered a commercial post and may be removed at the discretion of moderators and/or staff.

This rule is waived for companies that have a paid banner advert on the site

Classifieds belong in the classified forum. Any adverts found in other sections of the forum will be removed.


Enforcement of Rules
If you are found breaking any of the rules you may have your posts deleted, edited or moved (as appropriate). In addition, your account may be deleted or suspended if the violation is serious enough or repeated after being warned.
If you find a post that breaks any of these rules, please contact us immediately by sending private message so we can take appropriate action.

3 Strike Rule
This forum uses a '3 strikes (warnings) then you're banned' policy.

If you violate any of these rules you may be issued with a warning and it will be noted on your account. Should you acquire 3 warnings then your account will be suspended for 1 week after which your warning count will be reset to zero.

Should a user constantly be breaching the forum rules then we may consider a longer ban for that account.

Posting of pornographic images or links will result in an instant 24hr ban.

If you are banned for any reason DO NOT create a new account to try to circumvent the ban.
If you are found to be doing this then you may be banned from the forum for good.


Amendment of Rules
At The Jetta Owners Club UK we reserve the right to revise these rules if and when it is deemed necessary. All such modifications take full force and effect immediately thereafter.
